R. Sherman - I took some pains to make everything look good after writing about my previous attempt that was a huge failure.

Everything looks ready to eat - except the avocadoes. I'm really trying to learn to like them, its a struggle, one day I'll get there.

Geri - The avocados, as most found in Iowa at any time of the year, weren't as ripe as they should be but weren't bad.

Eutychus2 - Mashed up with tortilla chips is my preferred way to eat avocados.

Murf - What I would consider a light dusting. Not nearly enough but after the last experience, better than too much. I'm guessing I used around 1 tsp between both fillets. I would double that next time.
